Meds
I met with Dr. HappyFace this morning to review my meds. I was wondering as to how long I need to be on these meds, and I was hoping the answer would be in the 3-4 month range. Needless to say I was pretty surprised when she said that Spring of 2007 would be a good target. Considering that I have been taking these since September ’05, and that my overall mood is on the rise, I didn’t see any reason why I couldn’t stop taking them. Even though I see that these meds are really effective, I am still not convinced that they are worth the potential risks I am exposing myself to for such a long period of time. Do I really need to stay on the meds for about a year and half?
