Anastasia asks if sadness materializes as a actual pain the chest. It takes really courage to pose such a question. Wow. Simple yet profound. Wonder why its so.

I know that when Toby and I split, and when James and I split. I felt so much profound hurt and sadness. Yes litterally I could feel the pain in the pit of my stomach to the stabbing in my chest. So I believe it can materialize. I also believe you can die of a broken heart….
